Other than hair what are you most passionate about? Something other than hair that I’m passionate about is music! I was a big theater kid in high school and thought about being a music teacher!

What’s one thing that can instantly make your day better? One thing that can instantly make my day better is a pretty sunset, it just brightens my whole mood!

What’s an item off your bucket list and why? Something on my bucket list was to go skydiving but I already checked it off! I’ve always wanted to ride in a hot air balloon though.

What do you love most about your profession? I once heard the quote “if you love your job you’ll never work a day in you life”, and it proves so true. Being a hairstylist feels like doing a bunch of fun projects all day long and I LOVE IT!!

Why do you work at Poppy Salon? I work at Poppy Salon because of how education-centered we are. The hair industry is always changing so it’s important that stylists are always learning—and we learn so much at Poppy!

What inspires you most about the beauty industry? Something that inspires me in the beauty industry is seeing people light up & smile, it just brings me so much joy making other people happy!
